From the start, the Thomson Safaris staff was super helpful; any questions I had got answered quickly and thoroughly. Both our guides were helpful, patient and kind. The food was great, always well prepared, and getting to know the rest of our group was a joy!
I initially chose to trek with Thomson because of the amenities, and everything Thomson includes, like health equipment and Wilderness First Responder certified guides. Even though I didn’t make it to the top, Glory, our guide, held my hand the whole way down the mountain.
I appreciate that Thomson Safaris treats their staff well, as well as your commitment to the Tanzanian community. We had so much fun on the trip; everything was above and beyond what we’d expected!
