I recently climbed Kilimanjaro with Thomson Safaris and it was a wonderful experience of a lifetime. This was my second adventure with Thomson, the first being a great safari in 2012.
The preparation for the trip and selection of the appropriate route for my skill and condition level, and the trip organization was very professional and well done. There were nine in our group (all of us summited) and the guides were very knowledgeable, helpful, safety conscious, and set a good pace. The porters were outstanding and the camp set up (tents, wash basin, toilet, and great meals) was excellent.
The excursion was designed to ensure we were all well acclimated for the summit. I would definitely go with Thomson Safari again!
