We had a great group. We laughed a lot because we had some jokesters. Plus, I think we all felt like we had to laugh to get through the climb as well as the camping. We all came from sea level cities and none of us are camping types – a lot of “firsts” for our group.
We love each other and the friendships will last a lifetime. We absolutely loved our guides and porters as well. It was a well matched group. So many stories…I’ll be talking about this trip for a year!
The trip was worth every single penny. All 10 of us made it to the summit. Loved it all. The guides…kickass. The porters…heroic. Our fellow trekkers…I call us “the perfect 10”. We all got along and will continue our new friendships.
