My very first impression of Thomson Safaris was so positive, I didn’t even look at other companies. The sales and service team were so attentive, and always gave me immediate and complete responses.
My guide Edward was also absolutely top-of-the-line. He was always responsive to individual needs. The porters, too, were so helpful. The little details, like a hot pre-breakfast drink as the weather got colder further up the mountain, made all the difference.
I’m not an emotional person, but the experience of reaching the summit made me tear up. Thomson’s amazing attention to detail made that possible.
